Christina (1849-1913) was a daughter of Angus Smith and his second wife Ann Macrae, 5 Old Achmore. In 1852 the family moved to 8 Achmore and in 1856 her father died. Her mother married John Macpherson in 1862. He died in 1864 and her mother died in 1875. Christina is a Crofter living alone in 1881.

At Stornoway, in 1883, she married widower Alexander Macdonald, 36 Leurbost. The couple settled on 8 Achmore and they had four children.

Christina was widowed in 1910.
