Catherine (1828-1909) was the daughter of John MacAskill and Catherine MacLeod of Borve. The family lived in Borve until the 1840s when they moved to Deiraclete.
Catherine married Donald MacLean of 3 Meavaig North. They lived at 3 Meavaig North and later moved to 6 Meavaig North. The couple had no children.
Catherine was widowed in 1904.
