Christina (1821-1859)  was a daughter of Alexander Macleod  and Unknown Macleod, Nether Barvas. In 1825 the area became known as Brue.

She married Malcolm Martin of 9 Portvoller. The couple settled at 13 Portvoller and they had six children.

Christina died aged 42.
