Iain Iain Thormoid
John (born 1895) was a son of John Macaulay and Isabella Ann Maclean, 3 Islivig. The family moved to Reef. In 1900 his father left to work in London and the family went to live at the maternal croft at 20 Valtos. The following year they moved to London to join their father.
In 1913 the family emigrated to Canada and settled at 306 Langside Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
He married Isobel Joyce Riddell in 1922.
