Murchadh Mhurchaidh Mhurchsidh Iain

Murdo (1872-1930) was a son of Murdo Macsween and Anne Morrison, Garrabost.

He emigrated to Australia c1900 and settled in Sydney. Murdo worked as an instructor on board the training ship the SV Sobraon (later renamed the SV Tingira) which was permanently moored in Sydney Harbour until 1911.

In 1903 he married Florence Roffey from Balmain, Sydney. Murdo and Florence lived in Balmain and they had at least four children.
