Iain Dhòmhnaill Alasdair
John (1911-1942) was a son of Donald Macleod and Margaret Macrae, 11 Cromore.
The family moved to Hillside House, Caros, Cromore in the 1930s.
He emigrated to South America and then to Canada. He died aged 31 in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, Nova Scotia and is buried in Camp Hill Cemetery, Halifax.
John was a Farmer and did not marry.
