Mairead Mhaster
Margaret (1911-2003) was the daughter of Murdo Maciver and Jessie Martin of 72 North Tolsta.
She married Norman Maciver of 11 North Tolsta. The couple were cottars at 11 North Tolsta. The family left North Tolsta and moved to 52 Manor Park, Stornoway.
In 1952 the couple and their six children emigrated to Canada.
The family returned to Scotland in the 1970s, initially to Inverness. They later returned to the Isle of Lewis and built a new house at 3a Knock, Point.
