120125: SS Nagara (135708)

The SS Nagara  was a Cargo Steamer built by Swan Hunter & Wigham Richardson, Wallsend in 1919 for the Royal Steam Packet Co Ltd.

On passage from Buenos Aires to Cardiff, on March 29, 1943, the SS Nagara was torpedoed 425 miles north west of Finistaire. She was taken under tow but sunk on April 4, 1943.
