The SS Beechpark was a Cargo Steamship built by Greenock & Grangemouth Dockyard Co, Greenock in 1919 as the HMS War Cedar for the Shipping Controller, London but sold to the Denholm Shipping Co Ltd, Greenock.
On passage from Bahia Blanca to the UK, on October 12, 1940, the SS Beechpark was torpedoed and sunk off the Scilly Isles.
