The MV Royal Scotsman was a Ferry built by Harland & Wolff, Belfast in 1936 for the Burns and Laird Lines. She was a Cargo and Passenger Ferry operating from Belfast to Glasgow.
She was requisitioned by the Admiralty in October, 1940 and served in the Second World War as a Landing Ship.
