The SS Baron Carnegie was a Cargo Steamship built by Dunlop, Bremner & Co Ltd, Port Glasgow in 1925 for Hugh Hogarth & Sons Ltd, Glasgow.

On passage from Swansea to Takoradi, on June 11, 1941, the SS Baron Carnegie was torpedoed and sunk with the loss of 24 lives.
