36661: Post Office, Arivruach

Donald Montgomery and his wife Isobel, 7 Arivruach ran the first Post Office in the village which opened in 1950 until they emigrated to Australia in 1952. Malcolm Martin (1923-1997), 26 Arivruach took over the running of the Post Office until September 1968, after which Ewen Martin (1919-1994) took over until its closure in September 1968.
