Murdo Macrae (1886-1943), 6 Habost married Catherine Mackay, daughter of Donald Mackay and Margaret Morrison, 12 Keose and resided at 12b Keose.
When Catherine was widowed, she moved to Stornoway and sold the croft in 1969. A new house was built on the croft in 1980.
