104915: 12b Tolsta Chaolais

Norman Macgegor (1807-1893) was a tenant on this croft.  On his death, the croft was split between his three sons: Malcolm (b1840) at 12a Tolsta Chaolais, Murdo (b1835) at 12b Tolsta Chaolais and Duncan (b1846) at 12c Tolsta Chaolais.

The croft passed to son-in-law John Maclennan (b1869) and to his son Duncan.  Duncan and his family moved to Cottonhill, Tolsta Chaolais.
