105938: 19 Old South Tolsta

19 Old South Tolsta was a new croft in 1830, the first tenants were Hector Maciver and Effie (surname unknown). The croft passed to their son Donald, who married Ann Macdonald and raised two children there. Upon Donald’s death the croft passed to his brother Angus. Angus married Mary Macdonald and they had their first four children there (with their final child being born at 28 North Tolsta after the 1851 relotting of crofts).
