Pairc Dhannaidh was located at 1 Hill Street, North Tolsta.

Donald Macleod and Joan Maclean were the first occupants of Pairc Dhànaidh. The couple had four children, two of whom died in infancy: Donald, John, Annie and Barbara. Donald was widowed in 1892; he went on to marry Jessie Maciver and had a further five children: Mary, Joan, John, Joan and Christina. Two of Donald’s grandchildren lived with the family: Donald and John. Donald’s youngest daughter Christina settled at Pairc Dhànaidh with her husband Norman Mackay.

Christina Macleod and Norman Mackay moved to Stornoway in 1943.

Donald Maclennan and Ann Thomson and their son John were the next occupants. After Donald’s death Ann moved away and married two more times.
