23 Lacasaigh
The first known tenant of 23 Laxay was Angus Montgomery (1815-1876) who moved to Laxay from Ranish in the 1850s.
In the 1920s, Alexander Mackenzie moved with his family to the croft at 23 and his son John (1908-1979) inherited the croft.
