21326: Airigh Ard

This house was built on the croft at 1 Breaclete by Norman Maciver from 3 Breaclete.The stone used in the construction was obtained from three ruins already on the croft. Norman never lived in the house; the first tenant was a Polish officer from Aird Uig then DHM Maciver, who later moved to Viewfield Breaclete. In 1960 John Maciver, Norman’s brother bought the house.
