This feu was allocated to Donald M Ferguson, 12 Laxay but he sold it to Rod A Macdonald, 9 Habost, Lochs. The family moved to Fort William and the feu was sold to two sisters, Ann and Dolina Macarthur, 3 Cromore. After their deaths, the feu went to their niece, Agnes Matheson (nee Macarthur), 3 Cromore who was living at 42 Macaulay Road, Stornoway.
