21523: 21b Balallan

Roderick Martin (1835-1907) son of Malcolm Martin, 21 Balallan resided here with his family. They moved to Crobeg Farm in the late 1870s. The croft was sold to Donald Macleod, 18 Balallan who with his family, ran a General Merchant business.
