21530: 33 Balallan

William Mackenzie (1789-1874) came to Balallan from Eishken in 1833. His daughter Ann (1828-1887) became the tenant in 1877. Ann’s first husband was Neil Macleod, 17 Balallan and his son from his first marriage John (1869-1927) inherited the croft.
