21552: 63 Balallan

This holding was added to the village in the 1850s. Neil Mackenzie (1811-1876) was a cottar, living just outwith the village prior to moving to number 63. He later moved to 1 Balallan.

David Macleod and his family came from Barvas in 1908 and were still there in 1916.
