41053: 11 Linshader

In the mid 1930s two fues were allocated in Linshader – Nos 11 and 12.

Duncan Alexander Ferguson "Alasdair Dhomhnaill Gobha", 6 Crulivig, married to Barbara Kennedy from Cromore had just returned from Toronto and was living in the old school house at Crulivig. He built a house at No 11 Linshader but then moved as underkeeper to Kinlochroag, Morsgail; the tenancy was passed to his brother Finlay.

The present tenant is Sir Murdo Maclean, grand-son of Margaret Macinnes, 1 Breaclete.
