The first tenant of this croft was Murdo Maclennan from Tolsta Chaolais who moved to 1 Breasclete when Doune was cleared in 1853. After resettlement in 1872, John Maclean from Mangersta stayed on the croft, followed by his son Donald (1864-) and Donald’s daughter Catherine.
