The first tenant of this croft was Malcolm Macphail (1821-1889), 15 Knock Carloway.  It was passed to his son Angus (b1852) and thereafter to Angus’s daughter Christina.  The croft was sold to Angus Smith, 3 Borrowston and later to Malcolm Macdonald, 7 Knock.
