The first tenant of this croft was  Margaret Macmillan nee Macarthur, (1801-1882) the widow of Donald Macmillan, Dhòmhnaill Iain Mhurchaidh,  (1796) from Eishken.

14 Gravir was then passed to their daughter, Ann (1845-1915), a spinster. The croft was then passed to her Nephew, Murdo Macmillan, Murchadh Dhòmhnaill Dhòmhnaill, (1869-1956)

Donald Carmichael, Dòmhnall Neill Eachainn, (1827-1864) from 18 Gravir was also a Cottar on the croft and the house passed to his son, Donald (1856-1886).

There was another Cottar on the croft John Fraser, Iain Uisdein Dhòmhnaill, (1863) married to Catherine Carmichael (1866). The house was passed to their son, Neil and the croft was passed to his son, Hugh.
