The first tenant of this croft was Murdo Macritchie (1796-1883) who came from 10 Old Gravir. The croft was passed to his son Malcolm (1831-1898)  and then to his son, Donald (1882). 21 Gravir was passed to Donald's bachelor son, Malcolm (1916-2011) and then to his nephew Malcolm D Mackay, son of Maggie Ann.

3. John Macleod (1835-1867) son of  John 48 Leurbost who was married to Isabella (1836-1925), daughter of Murdo the first tenant.
