The first tenant of this croft was Donald Maclean (1821-1855) from 15 Gravir who moved to 3 Marvig.

Donald Matheson (1830-1865) from 31 Gravir was the next tenant and he passed the croft to his son, John Matheson (1855-1932). John passed 25 Gravir to his bachelor son, Murdo (1904-1983).

Norman Matheson (1862-1895) Tormod Dhòmhnaill Iain was a Cottar on 25 Gravir as was Donald Matheson (1886-1958)  Dòmhnall Iain Dhòmhnaill.
