The first tenant of 34 Gravir in the 1852 lotting was John Macmillan (1791-1878) from Eishken who was a Cottar on his brother's croft at 18 Old Gravir. He passed the croft to his eldest son, John Macmillan (1836-1911) who passed 34 Gravir to his son-in-law John Mackenzie (1879-1941), 10 Grimshader. After John's death in 1941 Isabella remained at 34 Gravir.
By 1946 the tenant is Angus Macinnes (1883-1958), 8 Gravir who passed it to his bachelor son, Kenneth Macinnes (1930-2003). Kenneth passed the croft to his brother-in-law, Angus Macmillan.
Cottar: Allan Macaskill (1826-1914) was a Cottar on 34 Gravir before he obtained 17 Southside Gravir.
