A township comprising four unroofed buildings, which are annotated as Ruins, two enclosures, one of which has four compartments and may be a sheepfold, and a short length of wall is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire, Island of Lewis 1854, sheet 45). One unroofed building and two enclosures, one of which is annotatad as a Sheepfold, are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1972).
