Full description:

"Situated on the northern shore of Loch Cromore, immediately to the east of croft (26?), three drystone dykes can be seen linking several large pieces of natural bedrock outcrops situated on the shore of the loch. The walls are 1, 1 and 0.8 metres respectively and create a linear feature with the bedrock that is 10 metres from west to east and 4 metres deep, protruding into the loch for 1 metre. The function of these walls is unclear, they may provide locations for fishing, equally they may be designed to catch fish by stranding them as the tide drops. Alternatively these features may have been constructed to provide shelter for small boats, allowing them to be safely moored under the shelter of the large bedrock boulders." (Burgess 2004, 128)
