114026: Nicol Crescent, Stornoway

This street was named after Bailie Albert Nicoll of Stornoway Town Council.  Bailie Nicoll died on 5th July 1987 aged 84. A history teacher, Nicoll was Depute Rector of The Nicolson Institute for many years prior to his retirement.
