117619: Zeebrugge, Belgium

The village of Zeebrugge is located in the Flanders province of north-western Belgium. It is the port for Bruges which is ten miles away and was built, between 1895 and 1907, after the marine channel to Bruges silted up. 

It was the location of the Zeebrugge Raids in April 1918.
