15086: Dunoon, Argyllshire

Dunoon lies on the west shore of the Firth of Clyde, Argyllshire. It was the destination of Clydesiders who took their holidays ‘doon the watter’. Just north of the town was the US submarine base at Holy Loch – now closed.
