103809: Murdo Maclean
Murdo (1842-1889) was a son of Kenneth Maclean and Mary Macaulay, 3 Brenish. He was born around the time his parents moved from Ungeshader to 3 Old Brenish, before they settled at 3 Brenish in 1849.
Murdo married Euphemia Macaulay in the Free Church in Ceann Langabhat and they lived as cottars on 3 Brenish until they later obtained 1 Brenish. They had eight children. At the age of 47, Murdo contracted pleuro-pneumonia and died fifteen days later.
