Effie Stewart (born 1811) was from Seaforth Head. She married Farquhar Maclennan from Kirkibost and latterly 3 Old Achmore. The couple settled at 9 Achmore. Around 1842, the family emigrated to Munro’s Point, Cape Breton. The couple had eight children.
