Angus MacCuish

Angus MacCuish

Angus was born in 1888, the son of fisherman Norman MacCuish and Rebecca MacCusbic of Backhill. When Angus was 12 years old, his father obtained 19 Borve, one of the newly assigned crofts that replaced Borve Farm.  

Angus became a shop assistant and van man, settling in Lochboisdale, South Uist.
