Alasdair Eachainn Choinnich
Alexander (1876-1957) was a son of Hector Morrison and Alexanderina Smith, 2 Gravir. His father purchased 1 Gravir and the crofts were merged to form 1/2 Gravir.
In Lochs, in 1907, he married Johanna Chisholm, 16 Gravir. Alexander and Johanna settled at 1/2 Gravir and they had seven children.
Alexander served in the Labour Corps in the First World War and is mentioned in Loyal Lewis: Roll of Honour 1914-1918.
The family moved in the 1820s to 1 Glenside, Gravir.
