106619: Angus MacVicar

Angus, born about 1831, was the son of John MacVicar and Harriet MacPherson. He came from Ensay to marry Margaret MacCuish of Berneray in 1862, at which time he was a farm grieve. Later he worked as a labourer and farm servant. Together he and Margaret were to have five children, two of whom were born on Berneray. In 1871 the family was living on Grenitote tack.
