Angus Mackenzie (1830-1909) was a son of Neil Mackenzie and Mary Kennedy, 10 Old Lemreway.
In 1843 the family were removed to 18 Crossbost.
Angus married his second cousin Mary Kennedy, 1 Crossbost in 1864. Angus and Mary settled at 32 Ranish and they had eight children.
