113393: Angus Ferguson
Angus, born 1833, was the son of Donald Ferguson and Una MacDonald of Ruisgarry. About 1845, with the re-organisation of Ruisgarry’s crofts into larger plots, the family emigrated to Grand River, Cape Breton.
In 1857, Angus married Catherine MacKinnon, originally from Carinish, at Glace Bay, where they settled.
He married his second wife Annabella Morrison, at Glace Bay in 1889. Angus passed away in 1910.
