113643: Donald Ferguson
Donald, born 1801, was the son of Roderick Ferguson of Ruisgarry. During the 1820s the family emigrated to Cape Breton, either to Grand River or Fergusons’ Lake. Donald married Ann MacQueen. Together they were to have four sons: John born 1825, Neil born 1827, John born 1831 and Rod, and a daughter Christy born 1834.
