117206: Murdo MacAskill
Murdo, born 1835, was the son of Malcolm and Catherine MacAskill of Borve. By 1854, when Borve crofts had been cleared for Borve Farm, the family was living as cottars. A year later they emigrated to Australia on the Royal Albert.
