117341: Angus Paterson
Angus Paterson, born about 1776, was the son of John Paterson. In 1804 Angus married Rachel MacCusbic of Borve, with whom he was to have at least four children. They lived in Borve, Berneray, where Angus is listed on the tenancy rolls for both 1818 and 1830, paying annual rent of £5.10s. He was still farming in Borve in 1841. The family moved to North Boisdale a few years later.
