119800: Lizzie Macleod
Lizzie Macleod (1893-1950) was a daughter of Rev. Donald Smith Macleod and Kate Isles Rodger Wylie, The Manse, Tarbat, Portmahomack.
From her teenage years she adopted the name Ellice Isles Macleod.
At Tarbat, in 1915, she married a widower, 16 years her senior, Lieutenant John Mcmurchie and they had two sons.
During the War Lizzie lived with her brother, Norman, at Crossowen House, Clynder.
Lizzie was widowed in 1943.
In 1945 she married widower Walter Campbell. The couple made their home at Crossowen House. Lizzie died at the Victoria Hospital, Helensburgh.
