Hector Ian Macmurchie

Hector Ian Macmurchie (1917-1984) was a son of John Macmurchie and Lizzie Macleod, he was born at Tarbat Manse, Portmahomack.

He emigrated to the United States of America.

In New York, in 1945, he married Maria Fortunata Chisari and they had a son, Paul. The couple later divorced.

Hector Iain was buried in Potter's Field, New York
