Kenneth (1800-1862) was a son Roderick Ross and Janet Mackenzie, Crobeg. He was a Catechist.
He was living in Ardgour, in 1832 when he married Mary Macphee, Skinid, Ardnamurchan at Kilmallie, Ardnamurchan. The couple settled in Ardgour where their first child, Jane, was born. Around 1834 they moved to Keose where seven of their nine children were born. The family moved to Carloway after the Disruption of the Church of Scotland in 1843.
Kenneth was widowed and married Mary Nicolson, 4 Branahuie.
