14404: Colin John Mackenzie

Colin John Mackenzie (1905-1982), son of Alexander and Ann Mackenzie, 2 Keose went to Patagonia in 1925 where he worked on various sheep farms. He came home for a spell then went out to Peru and worked on the Hacienda Atocsacio before moving to the smelter town of Groya where he was employed in the smelter. He returned to the UK for War service in 1942 where he served in the Army Royal Service Corps.
