Kenneth (1812-1868) was a son of Donald Kennedy and Margaret Mackenzie, 2 Calbost.
In 1843 he married Catherine Mackenzie, Marvig. Kenneth and Catherine were Cottars at 2 Calbost and they had two children.
In 1850 he was widowed and in 1851 married widow Christina Smith, nee Macleod, 19 Marvig. Kenneth and Christina settled at 2 Calbost and they had three children.
The family were living at 4 Marvig in 1861.
