17763: Catherine Macaulay
Catherine, daughter of John Macaulay and Mary Mackay, 12 Doune Carloway and later moved to 15/16/17 Upper Carloway, married Donald Macaulay from Bosta in 1852. Their first two children were born in Lewis and, after emigration to Canada between 1856 and 1858, another six children were born to them.
